Are you a motivated, people-focused professional who enjoys sales and building relationships? Jimmy Smith Allstate Insurance is looking for a driven Insurance Sales Associate to join our team in Austin.
We’re looking for someone who is ready to work hard, learn, and grow. Insurance sales experience is preferred, especially Allstate experience, but we’re also open to entry-level candidates with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do
- Connect with new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.
- Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Prepare quotes and explain coverage options, discounts, and products.
- Follow up with leads, referrals, and prospective customers.
- Generate new business and work toward individual and team sales goals.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and coverage.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer information and agency records.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve your sales skills.
What We're Looking For
- Insurance sales experience is preferred, especially Allstate experience.
- Active Property & Casualty license is a plus; must be obtained upon hire.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and people skills.
